Instructions for editing submissions to present at the 2021 Conference

Since this conference is a scientific meeting, we ask that speakers make their papers available for participants so that there can be elements for discussion during the presentation. Even a temporary version is fine. Only works for which papers have been uploaded to the website by the deadline specified in the Call are eligible to be selected for publication in the AISRe book series or the SR-Scienze Regionali magazines.

The submission procedure for PDF copies of papers is found in the reserved area and only one of the authors can complete the submission. The PDF copy of the presentation can also be uploaded if desired. All materials sent can be consulted on the website, at the link

Prepare a presentation in PowerPoint format (with a “.ppt/” or “.pptx/” file extension; the file name should contain the speaker’s name in the following format: “Surname_Name”) to upload and then use during the presentation. Please make sure it works properly. We suggest using a maximum of 15-20 slides.

This link (Download the WORD model file for editing the paper) will take you to the Word file containing the instructions for editing your contributions to present during the AISRe Web Conference.

We suggest writing the text of your paper directly in this file or copying it into the file and editing with the “paper” styles that have already been defined.prega di predisporre una presentazione in formato PowerPoint (estensione file “.ppt/” “.pptx/” con nome formato da “Cognome_Nome” del relatore) da caricare sul sito e utilizzare durante la presentazione verificandone il corretto funzionamento; si consiglia di non superare le 15-20 diapositive.

PDF versions of posters can be sent from the reserved area of the website of one of the authors. Authors who wish to send the PDF version of the paper relating to the poster may do so (the instructions for editing papers are available at this link file model for editing papers).

All materials sent will be uploaded on the website and can be consulted by the public at this link

Presentations of posters will be inserted into a dedicated time slot (poster session) and will be an integral part of the conference program.

Posters must be prepared in standard A2 format (420 x 594 mm) and projected in a PPT presentation or a PDF file.

Please make sure that the poster includes the title, the authors’ names and the institutional affiliation.

Examples of guidelines for creating posters are available at the following links:
