PAPERS (EDITING GUIDE LINES)

Authors are asked to edit their papers using the following template.

SESSIONS (MANAGING GUIDE)

Before the presentation Authors are asked to bring with them on a USB key (previously checked with an antivirus programme) a power point presentation (up to 15-20 slides maximum) synthesising the content of their papers / communications (.ppt/ .pptx/ files named “surname.name” of the corresponding author). Presentations have to be saved on the sessions’ PCs some minutes before the beginning of the sessions.

During the presentation

The chair of the session will determine oral presentation time according to the number of participants physically present and he/she will supervise the respect of the timetable of the session. Normally, 5 presentations need 19-30 minutes each plus 5-10 minutes of debate in modules of 2 hours.

Each presenting author will be the discussant of the subsequent speaker. In the absence of one or more speakers, the chair will be the discussant.

Papers

Papers and presentations submitted are available from the Association’s website. When unavailable, it is necessary to contact the authors of the papers, directly (see the draft program when available for email contacts).

Only the papers presented during the Conference, will be considered for publication in the editorial channels of the Association (SR Journal, Eyesreg, AISRe book series).
